NIABANG foundation is a not for profit, apolitical, and humanitarian organization headquartered in the Niabang village in Cameroon; the association is also registered in Ontario, Canada as a not for profit corporation.

The goal of the foundation is to help improve the lives of the populations of the Niabang village and the surrounding areas, especially in the fields of healthcare, education, and social development.
